Administrator Backoffice Sales

In this position, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Support of our global sales representatives
• Assistance in coordinating internal processes between Sales department and other internal departments
• Preparation of quotations and order confirmations
• Administration of internal database in our ERP system and internal server structure
• Support of the Chief Sales Officer with administrative and organizational tasks
• Calculation of project quotations

Your qualifications:
• Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship
• First knowledge in the photovoltaics industry
• Very good knowledge with MS Office (especially EXCEL) and other ERP systems
• Problem-solving and structured way of working, willingness and flexibility
• Very good knowledge in English language
