PATENTED DRIVE
The core component of the safeTrack Horizon H4PLUS is the low-set load-decoupled drive unit, which is fitted down low. The low center of gravity gives the structure exceptional stability. The wire rope pulleys transfer 95% of the impacting forces past the drive unit and directly into the foundations. This results in a drastic reduction of the foundation number and drive units. Wear and material fatigue are reduced to a minimum.

THE MONITORING SYSTEM

A dynamic SCADA system, which can be configured on a project-specific basis, facilitates efficient monitoring via a central control unit. The SCADA connection via TCP/IP and Modbus is ready-prepared in the control system.

“Unlinked tracking” without driving rods permits barrier-free maintenance. In case of a fault, only the affected row of tables comes to a “stop”, not the entire block as is the case with linked row trackers.

Snow cover, which reduces yields, is detected by the snow sensors. The tables are tilted up to 55°.
